Accenture is seeking a Solution Advisory Manager/Senior Manager in the United States to support the Americas with high-touch sales assistance across Strategy and Consulting. You will work with enterprise leaders to shape proposals, lead orals, and build assets that win opportunities while coaching junior staff for growth.

The role requires senior-level judgment, client-centric focus, and ability to partner with managing directors on broad performance and AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering (minimum 12 years)
• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering or supporting enterprise cost reduction, SG&A and overhead productivity, operating model redesign, shared services or outsourcing transformation, or capital efficiency programs
• Minimum of 4 years of that experience in a management consulting firm, professional services firm, or an internal corporate strategy or transformation function, including developing proposals, pursuit strategy, or client-facing sales materials
• Minimum of 3 engagements where you led pursuit strategy or solution shaping for executive-sponsored programs spanning multiple business units, geographies, or functions
• Must be flexible with working hours to meet shifting business needs

Responsabilités

• Plan annual planning, targets, and sales asset enhancement for the Americas.
• Define go-to-market campaigns and identify target opportunities for the Americas.
• Lead pursuit strategy, proposals, and executive summaries for priority deals.
• Develop and maintain content, assets, and playbooks for front-line sales reach and differentiation.
• Coach and develop Americas-aligned consultants and managers on live pursuits.
