You will lead an AI Native delivery model, recruit and develop top talent, collaborate with CSG, Sales, Marketing and Product, and shape industry strategies to deliver measurable customer outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a Services leadership role with quota attainment.
• 15+ years of industry experience with deep domain knowledge.
• 5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record leading transformational projects delivering customer outcomes.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and agentic technologies; AI-native mindset.
• Degree or equivalent; evaluated on Values & Behaviors for the role.
