Job summary

Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, CT, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Ambulatory Wound Centers to provide clinical care, care management, and patient/family education to support wound healing. You will work in collaboration with the provider treatment team within Hartford HealthCare’s network.

Requirements include CT RN licensure, ADN or Diploma in Nursing, with BSN preferred, and 1+ year wound care experience across acute, home, or ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in CT required.
• ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience with at least 1000 hours of wound care exposure.
• Wound care experience in acute, home, or ambulatory settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and care management in ambulatory wound centers.
• Educate patients and families on wound healing and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to support healing outcomes.
