Hartford HealthCare-related facility is seeking a registered nurse to join the Outpatient Wound Center. You will assess wounds, develop and implement a plan of care, and coordinate needs across the care continuum under nurse manager supervision.

Role emphasizes evidence-based practice, teamwork with interdisciplinary staff, and patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting dedicated to safety and high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Current CT RN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience with medical-surgical, home health or wound care preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide plan of care for patients in the HH Outpatient Wound Center.
• Perform wound assessment and treatment interventions; coordinate care across the continuum.
• Collaborate with inter-professional team and apply evidence-based practices to patient care.

Conocimientos

Current CT RN License
