Job summary

Duke University Health System in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support on-site operating room and ambulatory procedures. The role emphasizes sterile technique, instrument handling, and teamwork under RN supervision.

Level I/II progression with BLS, 0–18 months or 6–12 months experience. Four 10-hour shifts in a full-time schedule with a $10k commitment bonus and relocation support for eligible moves.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or certified in the US.
• BLS certification required for Level I and II.
• Level I: 0–18 months experience; Level II: 6–12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and ensure sterile environment.
• Prepare operating room with instrumentation, equipment and supplies.
• Demonstrate correct instrument passing and perform counts safely.
