Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or NCCT/NBSTSA certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Level I: new graduates or 0–18 months experience; Level II: 6–12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile field and ensure team maintains sterile environment.
• Prepare Operating Room with instrumentation, equipment and supplies.
• Assist with case preparation and instrument counts; support surgeon during procedures.
• Adapt to changes in unit, communicate effectively with team and patients.
