Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.
• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) upon hire preferred.
• 2 years of experience as a Receptionist Lead in an ambulatory or acute care setting.
• MS Word, Excel and IDX experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for physician patient schedules and monitoring of physician call schedule changes.
• Oversee cash management and ACD (Automated Call Delivery) oversight.
• Support training programs and collaborate with the Site Operations Director/Reception Supervisor.
• Support strategic goals with Business Office and Clinical Department teams.
