Job summary

Providence Health & Services seeks a capable leader to collaborate with the Medical Office Manager/Administrator and the Chief of Staff to ensure appropriate access and timely delivery of care. This role acts as a liaison between site staff, physicians, health plans, MSO and the administrative team, while overseeing front office operations, staffing levels, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a medical office setting.
• Supervisory/managerial experience.
• Driving may be necessary; provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations including staffing levels and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Medical Office Manager/Administrator and the Chief of Staff to ensure appropriate access and delivery of care; act as liaison between site employees, physicians, health plans, MSO and administrative team.
