Berkshire Medical Center, part of Berkshire Health Systems, seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical staff in an ambulatory setting. The role focuses on coordinating care, guiding workflows, and driving quality improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of clinical experience with supervisory exposure, MA RN licensure, and CPR certification. A BSN is preferred. The position offers strong benefits and an on-site schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Three years of clinical experience in healthcare setting.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• RN licensed in Massachusetts.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and ability to delegate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise clinical staff in ambulatory clinic.
• Lead nursing practice oversight and train new staff.
