Job summary

Tuesday Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead field-based clinical staff within Clinical Operations. The role partners with the Manager of Clinical Operations and licensed providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care focused on comfort and quality of life for seriously ill patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, MA RN licensure, 5+ years of nursing practice with 2–3 years in supervision, and strong skills in leadership, communication, and quality

Qualifications

• B SN preferred and active RN license in MA.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience; 2–3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in palliative care, hospice, or value-based care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of value-based care principles and data-driven quality improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and coaching to field-based clinical staff.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Coordinate patient care activities with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage staff scheduling for territory coverage.
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development.
• Address patient and family concerns promptly.
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and drive improvement initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to workflow optimization.
• Ensure timely documentation and records.
• Stay current with nursing standards and healthcare regulations.
• Serve as liaison between field staff and health plan care managers.
• Participate in after-hours call schedule.
• Perform other related duties.
