Job summary

Berkshire Medical Center's BMC Emergency Department is seeking a Clinical Resource Supervisor to enhance patient flow, staffing effectiveness, and clinical quality across shifts.

You will work with the Administrative Director, mentor bedside nurses, and model professional leadership while ensuring a superior patient experience.

Requires BSN, five years of emergency nursing, MA RN license, CPR and ACLS; variable schedule with evenings, weekends, and some nights; full-time position.

Qualifications

• Five years of Emergency nursing experience.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Leadership experience required.
• Experience with electronic medical record and clinical documentation systems required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to hospital teams to optimize patient flow and staffing.
• Lead and mentor nurses at the bedside and model professional leadership.
• Rounding on staff and patients to reinforce engagement and service excellence.
• Support a superior patient experience across shifts.
• Collaborate with the Administrative Director to advance care quality and operational excellence.
