Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor - Ambulatory who will lead clinical staff, support quality and safety outcomes, and partner with the practice manager on hiring, coaching, training, and performance feedback. The role also involves rooming patients and triage as needed across two clinics on the northeast side of the city.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years of related nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid IN license as listed in the NLC.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Three years of medical office experience required.
• Two years clinical supervision or lead experience preferred.
• Computer skills for documentation and work-related purposes are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrates customer service skills to provide exceptional patient and family experience.
• Able to maintain strong internal and patient/staff relations.
• Accountable and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical lead and resource to all clinical staff in collaboration with the practice manager including hiring, coaching, training, education, and providing feedback on performance evaluations.
• Ensure retention of talent incorporating proper training and development of low performing staff; collaborates with nursing administration and other administrative staff to create efficient clinical services and implement process improvements.
• Will also assist with rooming patients and triage as needed.
• Manage clinical employees at two clinics on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
