Job summary

Tuesday Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead field-based clinical staff within Clinical Operations. The role partners with the Manager of Clinical Operations and licensed providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and reduce avoidable medical utilization at the end of life.

The successful candidate will have an active MA RN license (BSN preferred), 5+ years of nursing experience, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience overseeing interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in MA.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing clinical teams.
• Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and performance.
• Knowledge of value-based care principles and population health.
• Data-driven quality improvement experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to field-based clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee patient care activities with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage staff scheduling to ensure coverage and continuity of care.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Address patient and family concerns promptly and effectively.
• Monitor KPIs and clinical quality indicators; drive improvement initiatives.
• Participate in department meetings and quality improvement efforts.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and records.
• Maintain knowledge of nursing standards and healthcare regulations.
• Serve as liaison between field staff and health plan care managers.
• Verify documentation of all patient interactions.
• Participate in after-hours call schedule.
