• Serve as primary operational resource for assigned clinics; act as consultant on operational matters.
• Partner with Administrative Director, CAO, and Medical Director to oversee space utilization, provider schedules, staffing, and patient volume.
• Ensure smooth, timely patient flow and continuity of care.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction using data to measure effectiveness.
• Identify staff training needs and ensure systems are used effectively.
• Oversee practice support staff and assign work to meet demands.
• Develop and monitor productivity, volume, and satisfaction metrics.
