Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages an ambulatory practice with 12 to 19 exam rooms.
• In conjunction with clinical leadership, promotes operational efficiency, high quality patient experience, and strong financial performance.
• Directs staff using the ICARE framework, promoting a collaborative and professional team.
• Responsible for performance management of all non-clinical staff.
• Implements procedures for enhancing service levels and quality and enforces policies.
• Establishes and maintains efficient patient flow system.
• Schedules and facilitates regular office meetings with providers and staff.
• Ensures proper registration and insurance pre-verification management.
• Prepares weekly staff schedule and monitors workflow for efficiency.
• Oversees payroll and time-off approvals; supports budget and cost control.
• Maintains patient records and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Attends monthly department meetings and acts as liaison with property management.
