The University of Rochester Gynecology and Obstetrics Associates (URGOA) seeks a Sr. Practice Manager to oversee two ambulatory sites, guiding daily operations, staffing, and patient flow.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or health care administration with 3 years administrative experience and 2 years healthcare management required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 2 locations and 19 exam rooms in a mid-size practice.
• Supervise ~8 clinic administrative staff and collaborate with providers and nurse manager.
• Monitor quality, patient experience, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, JCAHO).
• Lead staff scheduling, payroll input, and performance appraisals.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and inventory control for the practice.
