Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum five years of management experience in a medical office setting

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and integrates services within the department with other departments and the System’s primary functions
• Manages all on-site activities to promote patient satisfaction and welfare
• Facilitates purchasing of supplies and works with vendors; selects outside services as needed
• Ensures cash collections and reconciliation follow established policies and procedures
• Partners with lead physician to resolve problems and improve operations, quality and safety
• Develops goals and objectives to meet strategic/business objectives
• Maintains policies, procedures, and safety standards; tracks performance and cost containment
• Compiles and analyzes data for special reports on operational and financial performance
