Advocate Medical Group in South Elgin, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the ambulatory care team. You will support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience daily, with Monday–Friday hours and rotating Saturdays.

You will handle patient inquiries, verify appointments and registrations, and assist with billing questions as part of a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsabilidades

• Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients who arrive for appointments or call for information on tests, procedures, bills, referrals, and charges.
• Ensures entry at time of service of billing information and accurate follow-up on missing information.
• Upholds standards of the practice and medical group for accurate and timely medical records.
