Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a front desk/Registration specialist to warmly greet patients, collect demographics and insurance data, and schedule appointments. The role includes registering patients, answering calls, and pulling medical charts as needed.

The candidate will screen information for eligibility, assist with pre-certification requirements, and coordinate with Patient Access and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. CPR may be required per position guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• CPR certification may be required depending on position.

Responsabilités

• Greets and registers patients.
• Answers telephone calls and schedules appointments.
• Pulls and files medical charts as indicated.
• Interacts with patients to collect demographic and insurance information.
• Screens patient data for insurance eligibility and pre-certification requirements.
