Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Healthcare or Academia.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• At least two (2) years in healthcare patient access (registration, admissions, scheduling, or financial services).
• Leadership, supervisory or team coordination experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day Patient Access operations including registration, scheduling and access activities.
• Provide leadership and support to staff; coordinate schedules, cross-training and workflow plans.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop Patient Access staff while promoting engagement and accountability.
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, IT and other stakeholders to optimize workflows and system functionality.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address concerns from patients, providers and staff.
• Standardize processes to improve efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, etc.) and patient experience.
• Maintain provider schedules and appointment resources according to standards.
• Perform internal quality reviews and monitor KPIs to support decision-making.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and meet organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and organizational requirements.
