Responsibilities

• Oversee Scheduling Center processes, including scheduling of procedures and workload queues.
• Ensure resources align with daily work volumes and staff coverage; assign PRN when needed.
• Coordinate new employee orientation with the Patient Access Educator and Lead Trainers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and staff training records; enforce safety and policy standards.
• Assist management in resolving patient, family, and provider inquiries and escalations.
