Duke Health Cary Surgery Center is launching a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center opening in 2027. This role joins the founding team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple specialties with six operating rooms and robotic capabilities.

We seek Surgical Technologists with ambulatory experience, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and learning. Start dates are planned for early 2027, with a $10,000 commitment bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory or outpatient surgical experience required.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing OR and maintaining sterile field.
• Assist with instrument counts and safety checks.
• Support postoperative instructions and patient care in ambulatory settings.
• Participate in cross-functional teamwork to optimize patient flow.
