Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in ambulatory operations such as clinic or practice management, infusion, ambulatory surgery, or patient access leadership.
• Fluency with access and throughput metrics and the ability to present them to executives.
• Bonus experience includes MHA/MBA, consulting or vendor-side work, Lean certification, or Epic Cadence familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Lead engagements on throughput, space utilization, patient wait times, and scheduling access.
• Go on-site after deployment to test, shadow, and document workflows.
• Report to the Head of Advisory and turn learnings into customer-specific documentation.
