Job summary

This remote role involves travel about 30–40% to customer sites. You will present outcomes in reviews, partner with executive stakeholders, and help customers adopt AI-enabled location data. A background in ambulatory operations and comfort with data metrics is essential.

• Join discovery and pitches as the operator in the room, diagnosing ambulatory workflows and shaping the proposal.
• Lead engagements on throughput, space utilization, patient wait times, and scheduling and access workflows.
• Pitch the ambulatory portfolio, including AI capabilities, to executives and nontraditional uses.
• Go on-site after deployment to test, shadow, and document workflows and create customer-specific documentation.
• Own dedicated consulting engagements and their outcomes, presenting results in reviews and identifying expansion opportunities.

About the Role

You bring the operational credibility behind Kontakt.io's ambulatory solutions, which span clinics, infusion centers, ambulatory surgery, and beyond. You've run access and outpatient workflows inside a health system. You help customers see what changes when our AI agents and real-time location data are in place, and then help them get there. You'll report to the Head of Advisory.

What You'll Do

• Join discovery and pitches as the operator in the room. You diagnose ambulatory workflows, quantify the opportunity, and shape the proposal.

• Lead engagements on throughput, space utilization, patient wait times, and scheduling and access workflows.

• Pitch the full ambulatory portfolio, including emerging AI and agentic capabilities, and speak credibly to unconventional uses.

• Go on-site after deployment to test, shadow, and document workflows, and turn what you learn into customer-specific documentation.

• Own dedicated consulting engagements and the outcomes they commit to.

• Present outcomes and recommendations in customer business reviews, spot expansion opportunities, and bring the customer's perspective to Product.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in ambulatory operations, such as clinic or practice management, infusion or ambulatory surgery operations, scheduling and patient access leadership, or operational analytics.

• Fluency with access and throughput metrics, and comfort presenting them to executives.

• Credibility as a peer to a VP of Ambulatory Operations, a COO, or clinic medical leadership.

• Comfort with technology and curiosity about AI, RTLS, and EHR-integrated workflows. No engineering background is required.

• Bonus experience: MHA or MBA; prior consulting or vendor-side experience; Lean or process-improvement certification; familiarity with Epic Cadence or other scheduling systems.
