On-site testing post-deployment, shadowing, and documenting workflows will translate learnings into customer-specific guidance. Travel about 30-40% is expected as you scale toward $100M+ ARR with backing from top investors.

• 5+ years in ambulatory operations such as clinic or practice management, infusion, ambulatory surgery, or patient access leadership.
• Fluency with access and throughput metrics and the ability to present them to executives.
• Bonus experience includes MHA/MBA, consulting or vendor-side work, Lean certification, or Epic Cadence familiarity.
