Job summary

Foresight Health is seeking a hands-on operator to work closely with the CEO across recruiting, systems, and compliance. You will manage clinical partnerships and clinical team leadership while driving core operational excellence.

You will own the end-to-end clinical hiring pipeline, interview and onboarding processes, and contribute to scalable workflows as the company grows, maintaining a proactive, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to operate core infrastructure across recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, and clinical team management.
• Run our clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, onboarding RNs and LVNs.
• Own high-priority operational projects and drive scalable processes.
• Improve processes across the business to enable the company to scale effectively.
• Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.
