Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care campus in Columbus, OH seeks an Associate Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across the campus footprint, including Pavilion, Concourse, and adjacent 2006 Kenny Road site.

You will drive performance against financial stewardship, patient experience, safety, quality, workforce engagement, and throughput while collaborating with clinical, perioperative, and administrative leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six years of experience in leadership and direct patient roles in areas such as operations management, budgeting, market development, quality improvement, program development, revenue cycle management, and financial management within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Ohio State Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care campus.
• Drive key performance in financial stewardship, patient experience, employee engagement, safety, quality, throughput, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with ambulatory services leadership, physician faculty leaders, service line leaders, and clinic managers to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Support regulatory readiness, accreditation standards, and ongoing compliance across facilities.
• Oversee shared operational services and serve as a connector across physicians, clinical teams, support departments, and enterprise partners.
