Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred for advancement.
• Minimum of 7 years of related healthcare experience, including 5 years in supervision or management.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and manages all practice functions and operations.
• Oversees staffing, payroll, HR records, and performance evaluations.
• Manages monthly financials, accounts payable/receivable, inventories, and budgets.
