Responsibilities

• Enhances patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing feedback.
• Optimizes slot utilization to maximize access and efficiency.
• Maintains slot quality balancing availability with patient needs.
• Ensures team is available and accessible to patients.
• Monitors disenrollment and works to retain patients and improve continuity of care.
• Identifies and manages orphan patients to ensure coordinated care.
• Cultivates a positive center culture and staff engagement.
• Plans workforce and staffing to meet patient needs.
• Oversees onboarding of line staff and supports integration.
• Implements strategies to improve teammate retention.
