Yale New Haven Health Services Corp. seeks an experienced Manager, Ambulatory Operations to lead and monitor daily operations, optimize care delivery, and drive transformational projects across hospital-based and community ambulatory sites.

You will partner with leadership on strategic plans, manage onboarding of clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate site design and staffing models to improve patient experience and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in health care, business, or a related field required.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 10yrs experience managing healthcare practice(s) will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ambulatory operations at medium-sized hospital-based/community sites to optimize care delivery and staffing.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans and programs for ambulatory care.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new clinicians; collaborate with leadership to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements in ambulatory settings.
• Oversee site design/refurbishment, expansion, and project timelines across sites.
• Develop standardized policies to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
