Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of healthcare supervisory and operations experience.
• YNHHS employees may substitute 3 years of internal experience in a clinical/ office setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask high volume activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the administrative activities of assigned ambulatory site with 20 or fewer exam rooms.
• Develop strategic operational plans and identify opportunities for innovation to improve ambulatory care delivery.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clinicians and integration into Ambulatory Care.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Participate in ambulatory site design, refurbishment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain standardized work policies to improve operational effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
