Job summary

Yale New Haven Health Services Corp. seeks an experienced ambulatory operations leader to oversee medium-sized hospital-based and community ambulatory sites, guiding daily operations and strategic initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders to design clinics, allocate space, develop staffing models, and drive performance improvement, care coordination, and patient experience across a portfolio of regional practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of health care industry desirable.
• Ability to multitask high volume activity, other practice management software.
• Ability to deal with all levels of management and different types of staff.
