Yale New Haven Health Services Corp. is seeking a Supervisor of Ambulatory Operations to lead daily operations at a small ambulatory site. This role focuses on performance improvement, staffing, and care coordination within a governed framework.

You will collaborate with leadership to design strategic goals, ensure compliant practices, and oversee onboarding for clinicians, while managing site design and efficiency enhancements across ambulatory locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable.
• Ability to multitask high-volume activity and use practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: manage administrative activities of a small/micro ambulatory site.
• Business Strategy and Implementation: help design and implement clinical and fiscal programs.
• Human Resources Management: coordinate onboarding and staff development for clinicians.
• Compliance: collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Site Locations: participate in ambulatory site design and refurbishment and coordinate timelines.
• Operational & Financial Management: develop and maintain standardized policies to improve efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
