Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years healthcare supervisory/operations experience.
• Internal substitution of experience allowed for YNHHS employees.

Responsibilities

• Leads administrative activities of ambulatory site with 20 or fewer exam rooms.
• Contributes to strategic operational plans and optimizes ambulatory care delivery models.
• Coordinates onboarding of new clinicians and integration into ambulatory care.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in site design/refurbishment and coordinates project timelines/resources.
• Develops and maintains standard policies to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
