Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a nationally accredited program.
• Master's degree in Nursing or a health-related field preferred from a nationally accredited program.
• 3–4 years of progressive nursing care experience; 1–2 years leadership/management experience preferred.
• RN licensure in MD or DC as applicable; CPR certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develops site/office goals, objectives, policies, and procedures and ensures compliance with standards.
• Builds relationships across disciplines and departments to deliver quality patient care.
• Performs performance management, coaching, and staff development for associates.
• Conducts annual performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback for professional growth.
• Maintains site/office budget and staffing alignment to meet organizational objectives.
• Leads quality and patient safety initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Supports hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions within the site/office.
