Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field from a nationally accredited program preferred.
• 3-4 years progressive nursing care experience required.
• 1-2 years leadership/management experience preferred.
• RN licensure in MD/DC as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develops site/office goals, objectives, policies, and procedures and ensures compliance with standards.
• Leads relationships across disciplines to ensure efficient, quality patient care and throughput.
• Sets performance expectations; conducts performance management and coaching.
• Completes annual performance reviews; provides ongoing feedback for professional growth.
• Maintains communication with leadership to coordinate site operations and care delivery.
• Manages site/office budgets, staffing, and resources to support patient care quality and safety.
• Leads patient safety initiatives, rounds on patients, and investigates safety events.
• Supports staff development, orientation, and competency assessment across the site/office.
• Maintains knowledge of trends and professional development in nursing and healthcare.
