Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops site/office goals, objectives, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Maintains relationships across disciplines to ensure efficient, quality patient care and smooth site/office operations.
• Sets performance expectations, conducts evaluations, and initiates personnel actions as needed.
• Completes annual performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback for professional growth.
• Maintains staffing, budgets, and material resources to support patient care delivery and safety.
• Leads safety initiatives, rounds on patients, and participates in quality improvement efforts.
