Job summary

Duke Primary Care South Durham is seeking an Ambulatory Nurse Manager to lead clinical and operational functions across one or more ambulatory clinics. You will guide nursing teams, ensure high-quality patient care, and align operations with organizational goals.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, NC RN licensure, and at least three years of nursing experience, with leadership capabilities and process-improvement mindset preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; RN licensure in NC.
• Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership across ambulatory clinics.
• Collaborate with Practice Administrator to align nursing priorities with operations.
• Plan, budget, hire, orient, and appraise clinical staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement processes to improve clinic operations and quality.
