Piedmont Health Services, Inc. in Chapel Hill, NC, seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing department and oversee day‑to‑day operations. This role provides clinical leadership, supports providers, and coordinates care across teams to deliver high‑quality primary care.

You will supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and advance performance improvement plans while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards in an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: Current NC Registered Nurse’s License and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) is required.
• Experience: A combination of clinical and management experience totaling at a minimum of 5 years.
• Preferred experience: Previous experience in an ambulatory health care setting.
• Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes nursing knowledge to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care.
• Provides support to providers by anticipating needs and assisting in care provision.
• Coordinates services with other health‑care team members and external partners.
• Performs onsite and telephone triage and participates in center flow and operations.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and medications and orders as needed.
