Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 3+ years nursing experience with at least 1 year of leadership.
• Active RN license in NC (or compact state).
• BLS, PALS, ACLS required.
• Experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ambulatory nursing services and clinic operations.
• Lead orientation, evaluations, staffing, and staff development.
• Collaborate to develop learning opportunities and improve care delivery.
• Oversee multiple locations with travel as needed (Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Roxboro).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and patient safety standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and performance improvement processes.
