Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient care and personnel needs in a DUHS Clinic.
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate ambulatory health care services, programs and activities.
• Lead multi-specialty nursing services and staff within the described clinic.
• Oversee hiring, orientation, performance appraisals, promotions and scheduling; counsel and discipline as needed.
• Collaborate to develop learning opportunities and skill development for all staff.
• Promote education for patients and families and participate in direct patient care when appropriate.
