Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks a coordinated educator to manage the Ambulatory Integrated Block for the Doctorate program. You will collaborate with clerkship coordinators and MCWfusion faculty to advance curriculum goals.

You will build schedules, maintain timelines, and support assessments in Brightspace and related databases, ensuring a smooth learning experience for students and faculty across blocks.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating medical education programs or similar curricula.
• Ability to develop course schedules, forms, reports, and assessments.
• Experience using learning management systems and educational databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of Ambulatory Integrated Block educational materials and schedules.
• Build scheduling templates for student–faculty preceptors across blocks.
• Maintain course timelines, deadlines, and grading materials.
• Populate schedules for ~75 students per block, three times yearly.
• Create systems for student ranking of selective choices in IM, Peds, and Surgery.
• Maintain assessment data for the block grading committee.
• Develop and maintain online courses in Brightspace and curriculum databases.
• Organize sessions, assessments, and block events, online and in-person.
• Coordinate outreach with community organizations and affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with STAR center and OSCE coordinators for events with SPs.
