Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business, education, healthcare, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting.
• Minimum one year of experience in technical computer training or end-user application support.

Responsibilities

• Implement industry best practices in IT operations for efficiency, security, and reliability.
• Develop ambulatory operations policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Provide comprehensive EpicCare application support and user troubleshooting.
• Deliver end-user training for Epic and other software in multiple formats.
