Job summary

SSM Health is seeking an Ambulatory Epic Systems Analyst to support outpatient service lines and contribute to Epic build and configuration. The role requires a strong ability to partner with clinical and operational stakeholders, solving complex issues and enhancing business processes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in computer science, three years of relevant Epic experience, and a desire for meaningful work in a mission-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Three years’ relevant experience with Epic functionality, design, configuration, and technical environment concepts/functions.
• Experience in Epic builds is required.
• Epic certified or accredited in one or more modules.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to service line research for business needs and translates into technical enhancements.
• Codes complex functions including building application tables and reports for multiple Epic applications.
• Implements and stabilizes core business applications.
• Proactively identifies and solves complex problems.
