Mayo Clinic is seeking an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) for our GI Endoscopy service in Minnesota. The RN delivers direct patient care, conducts focused histories, and educates patients before procedures. Cross-covering duties may arise to meet patient needs.

ACLS certification within 3–6 months is expected, with opportunities for Nurse Residency program for new graduates. The role emphasizes teamwork, multitasking, and excellent communication in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Competenze

• One year of RN experience required.
• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program or higher; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient GI Endoscopy.
• May cross-cover as patient needs dictate.
• Complete focused history and patient assessment prior to procedures.
• Monitor patients post-anesthesia and ensure discharge criteria are met.
• Collaborate with MD and healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.
