University of Florida Jacksonville Physicians, Inc. seeks a Clinic Supervisor to oversee daily ambulatory clinic activities and office staff in a physician practice setting. You will liaise with staff, departments, and patients to ensure smooth operations.

You will assist with hiring, training, coaching, and payroll processes, while ensuring budget adherence and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Medical assistant and customer service experience in physician office.
• Minimum 1 year Medical assistant experience in the same or similar specialty.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• Travel: Up to 25%

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates day-to-day clinic activities for front and back office staff.
• Assists with personnel and payroll functions, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Maintains budgetary standards for labor and supplies across front, back, and clinical offices.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with organizational policies and procedures and recommends changes as needed.
• Participates in regulatory and proficiency checks for quality management and accreditation.
• Manages managed care referral process to ensure accurate appointment processes and authorizations.
• Maintains high level of customer service in all office areas and contact with patients, physicians, and departments.
• Performs CSR and MA functions as needed.
• Participates in performance improvement projects.
