The ideal candidate will guide EMR efficiency, supervise support staff, and partner with clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations from Palm Coast up to Julington Creek and surrounding locations. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and coordinate staff development sessions.
• Supervise staff hiring, performance reviews, and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to optimize workflows.
