The position requires a Medical Assistant certificate, CMA/BLS, and several years of related experience with strong customer service and staff coaching. Travel is up to 25% as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years MA and customer service experience in a physician office.
• At least 1 year MA experience in the same or similar specialty.
• High school diploma or GED; MA certificate is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general office duties and supervises front/back office staff.
• Assists with personnel and payroll functions; participates in hiring and training.
• Monitors labor and supply budgets for clinical offices.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and quality management.
• Facilitates managed care referrals and appointment authorizations.
• Maintains high levels of customer service in all office areas.
