Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of an outpatient clinic.
• Prioritize workflow and provide training and back-up for leadership.
• Acts as "Super User" for scheduling, registration and billing systems.
• May handle complex scheduling and changes at a higher competency level.
• Back up clerical staff for routine administrative tasks and patient appointments.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to medical records.
• Provide guidance to the related team and assist the Supervisor with daily activities.
