• Assist with patient calls and prioritize voicemails from Medical Assistants.
• Collaborate with Patient Services and Scheduling for registration and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory and replenish supplies.
• Process paperwork and manage RightFax communications.
• Perform daily operational checks and safety inspections.
• Document patient histories into the electronic health record system.
